Technical specifications of the line:

1 – FLOUR MIXER  :

Function: Mixing wheat flour, corn flour, water, and other additives.

Made of Stainless Steel 304.

Mixer capacity: 75 kg.

Equipped with a 4 horsepower motor with an integrated gearbox, 350 RPM, Yılmaz brand.

Easy to clean.

2 – FLOUR CONVEYOR  :

It is a screw conveyor made of stainless steel 304.

Height: 300 cm.

The hopper has a capacity of 75 kg and is equipped with a cover and a water filling opening.

Equipped with a main motor of 1 horsepower and an Italian gearbox from Varvel.

Equipped with a material mixer motor to maintain the homogeneity of the flour mixture, with a power of 1 horsepower and an Italian gearbox from Varvel.

Equipped with cleaning openings for easy access to the screw and closure basket (in accordance with the specifications of the US Food and Drug Administration).

Equipped with a bottom discharge and cleaning opening with a safety sensor.

3 – TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER  :

Equipped to work on all types of flour and grits (corn flour, wheat flour, oat flour…etc)

The connection process between the motor and the extruder is done by a group consisting of four stages made of flanges
Equipped with an advanced and modern gearbox cooling system
Equipped with spirals made of the newest metals and processed in the latest vacuum furnaces
Equipped with three stages of extruder heating with the possibility of controlling each group in a stable way through special temperature clocks
Equipped with a main feeding tank with a stirrer to maintain the stability of the mixture before entering the extruder

Equipped with a feeding spiral with a software mechanism to control the speed (capacity of 1 horsepower) The electrical panel is independent, made of food chrome 304
