2 – SPIRAL FEEDER  :

Function: transport material from the mixer to the extruder.
It is composed of tank capacity / 75 / kg.

Function: blowing and forming the grain depending on the required shape.

4 – CONVEYOR  :

Function: Transfer the material from the Extruder to the oven

5 – 3 PASS DRYING OVEN :

Function: Roasting and drying completely the chips grains – American hot air system – American Extrusion

It is designed in floors system (roasting and grilling) three levels, some Chips corns needs high wetness when it cross the extruder Which it needs high quality of Oven for drying and roasting

The production capacity is ( 200 ) to / 500 / kg

It works on diesel or natural gas LPG as per request.
