LC200-S Corn Production Line consists of the following parts:

1 – CORN MOISTRIZING MIXER  :

Function: mixing and moistening the corns Mixer

It is equipped with the following:

Water tank to control corn moisture with level indicator.

Standard discharge slot.

magnetic mechanism to remove the metal impurities, if found inside the corn.

2 – SPIRAL FEEDER :

Function: transport material from the mixer to the extruder.
It is composed of tank capacity / 75 / kg.
Made of (Stainless Steel 304) thickness /2/.

(Gearbox) : (VARVEL – ITALY).

It is equipped with the following:

3 – EXTRUDER :

Function: blowing and forming the grain depending on the required shape.

It is equipped with a main helix to feed the material pressure helix controlled inverter from company (LS-S KOREA)

All extruders are electronically controlled by 3 (inverters) from company (LS-S KOREA)

The length of a piece of chips is controlled by an electronically variable speed knife (Invertor)from company (LS -S KOREA) .

All extruder operations are controlled by a main control panel with a special hot venting system made of

(Stainless Steel) with wheels for easy movement

Multi-speed cutter to control the chips length with a (Korean – inverter LS) brand

Equipped with a Turkish heater that control the temperature by a precise temperature clock from a

Helix feeders are made from the finest metals and processed with the latest thermal furnaces (vacuum furnace technology).

The extruder is equipped with a cooling mechanism by water (closed circuit) American Extrusion ITALYAN Model

The control panel is tightly isolated for preventing dust from entering.

4 – OIL AND FLAVOR MIXING SET  :

Function: mixing oil and flavor and spraying it by the pump

The capacity of each mixer is /200/ kg.

Shape: Concave cylindrical tank for easy cleaning

It is equipped with the following:

Double-jacketed for indirect heating.

Heat clock to control hot water temperature in blenders.

Mixers are installed on a solid base made of (Stainless Steel 304) Hot water level indicator inside.

It is equipped with wheels for easy movement and cleaning.

The oil mixer floor is designed in concave form for easy cleaning.

5 – DRYER & SEASONER  :

THE DRYER

Function: Roasting and drying the chips .

The production capacity is (200) kg/h.

A cylinder made of / stainless steel 304 /

with a diameter of / 85 / cm

length of /400 / cm.

The drying is done by heat (heat source is gas or electric radiators as required).

The dryer is covered with two layers of stainless steel, with thermal insulator between them to reduce heat loss and save energy as much as possible.

Equipped with a mechanism to remove the impurities that may result from the dryer rotation and the product friction. A Turkish / 1 / HP motor brand YILMAZ.

An electrical panel with all necessary protection elements, all the parts are from French SCHNEIDER brand.

The speed of the dryer is electronically controlled (inverter).

SEASSONING DRUM:

Function: mixing the chips grains with flavor and oil

The seasoning speed is controlled electronically by an inverter / 1.5 / kW The process of the scales is designed so as to prevent the accumulation and the agglomeration of the flavor

It can automatically calibrate the sloping to control the time of the chips that passes inside.
